Deliver hands-on vocational training sessions to students and community learners across our district centers.
Key Responsibilities
- •Conduct classroom and on-field training sessions as per the curriculum
- •Track learner progress and maintain attendance & assessment records
- •Coordinate with the placement team to prepare candidates for interviews
Requirements
- •Bachelor's degree in any discipline; diploma in a relevant trade preferred
- •1-3 years of training or teaching experience
- •Strong communication skills in Marathi, Hindi and English
CSR & Government Projects Coordinator
📍 Pune, Maharashtra
Manage on-ground execution and reporting for CSR-funded and government skilling projects across assigned districts.
Key Responsibilities
- •Coordinate mobilization drives and enrollment targets with field teams
- •Prepare progress reports and documentation for CSR/government stakeholders
- •Liaise with district authorities and corporate partners for smooth project delivery
Requirements
- •Bachelor's/Master's degree in Social Work, Management or a related field
- •2+ years of experience in project coordination or CSR programs
- •Willingness to travel across project districts
